We need to determine exactly what the school wants so we can base it around their needs
Jackie will contact carly and ask her for ideas and ask carly to find out what the school wants.
The schools needs assessment is very broad and needs to be refined
The Wiki has been developed and everyone has been invited, Zali now has access to our wiki and will be following what we are doing.
people need to be adding ideas and helping to contribute to the Wiki.
As a group we need to work out what needs to be promoted and where we can get promotional things from.
The idea is that we will have rotations for the students, we will run different activities, we are aiming to have a group session at the end of the day to finalise and finish off the day
team leader and events manager need to work on the whole atmosphere of the day and ensure the day runs smothly
Troy has noted that we need to have measurements of the day through on how the children enjoyed it and have some way to scope how the day has run.
We all need to do an individual assessment of how the we thought the day went.
courtney will be looking at how vels effects the curriculum on the day and what effect this has on colbo primary school.
courtney will email brent with an outline of the day.

Brent has put a skeleton copy of what he thinks need to be included in the wiki proposal document.
the parts in red are parts he still need. he will need them by tonight at the latest.
we still need to work out what resources are needed and what they will approx cost
we are still trying to obtain policy documents from colbo primary school.
we have the morning with the prep 1 2 students and we need to organise planting games and smothies with all students
we will aim for 30 mins in the garden
we will deignate roles for individuals to set up and prepare on the day.
we need to outline expectation on the day and explain the activities that we will be doing on the day.
The expectations need to be age specific for differet levels in the schools.
dot point lesson plans and times things will be needed mainly for the lesson plans.
we are going to try and get envirobags for the freebies so that students can use these for their shopping as well.
discussion has also occured on how we plan to comute to colbo on the day.
brent has gained access to other peoples wikis and has gained ideas and different stratergies which we can implement.
we need a budget proposal as well.
the kids will be coming dressed as there favourite sports person.
